Cooking the perfect looking and tasting Pancakes << Back
Tasty fluffy Pancakes are eaten and loved all over the world. I prefer to make them on weekend mornings, when I have plenty of leisure time, in an attempt to feed some nutritious food to my kids. Kids have tendency to eat what looks good to them. Pancakes not only look interesting but serving them with low- fat Greek yogurt by Honey-Nana Chobani Champions makes them a healthy food for the entire family. This yogurt has no artificial preservative and is made with only natural fruit, containing calcium and Vitamin D.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil cooking spray
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp baking soda
Maple syrup and mixed berries
1 1/2 cup (12oz) Vanilla 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
Preparation
1. Take flour in a bowl. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt into it.
2. Lightly beat the egg in another bowl. Now add the yogurt and half cup of milk into it. Beat till a fluffy mixture is formed.
3. Gradually pour the flour mixture into the above milk, yogurt and egg combination.
4. Heat your pan over medium high heat.
5. Spray some cooling oil on to the pan.
6. To make each pancake, scoop 1/4 cup batter onto the pan.
7. Turn sides when you see bubbles appearing on top side of the pan cake. Cook till pancakes are golden brown from both sides.
8. Serve hot pancakes with maple syrup and berries.
